Product Description
The Edu-Toys Star 2 Home Planetarium is an engaging educational star projector for children, families, and astronomy enthusiasts. It projects a detailed starry sky across walls or ceilings, creating an immersive home planetarium experience without the need for a computer or mains power.
With up to 60,000 projected stars, the device provides an attractive and informative way to introduce young learners to astronomy. The two included discs display the starry sky and constellations of the Northern Hemisphere, making it easier to identify familiar patterns such as Orion, Cassiopeia, Andromeda, Perseus, and the Ursa Major and Ursa Minor constellations.
The planetarium uses a simple manual rotation mechanism, allowing users to adjust the projected sky and explore different areas of the star field. Its interchangeable disc system also supports additional compatible discs, helping extend the educational value of the projector as children’s interest in astronomy develops.
Compact and battery-powered, the Edu-Toys Star 2 is easy to use in bedrooms, classrooms, homeschooling environments, science projects, and children’s activity areas. It can also serve as a decorative night-sky projector for relaxing evenings and imaginative bedtime stories.
